Change of Mind Returns

“Change of mind” includes purchases you have made in error, example: accidentally ordered the wrong size or color, items that don’t fit the way that you would like or unwanted gifts. Please confirm all product and services details during Call Confirmation with out representative. Once your Order is confirmed through Call Confirmation change of mind returns will not be entertained.

We will accept a change of mind return provided it meets the following guidelines:

✔ Return at the time of delivery to our representative or delivery agent. Order paid through Bank Transfer will can’t be returned unless the product or service is faulty or inaccurate. Customers are advised to check their Products and provided services in front of the Delivery Person or our Field Managers as shall be communicated by them.

**we will accept returns within 24 Hours or at the time of delivery for Software Issues & Incompatible products provided all other conditions are met.

✔ Return with proof of purchase

✔ Item must be unworn, unwashed, unused with all original tags/labels attached

✔ Item to be checked and unsealed in front of the Delivery Person to avoid hassles. Once you accept Order after confirming details of the item(s) in front of the Delivery Person and Signing the Delivery Receipt. Order is nonreturnable, nonrefundable and nonexchangeable.

✔ Returns must be made within the city of purchase or delivered back to our address, in certain cases our delivery person will collect the order from your address.

Faulty Product Returns

If something is faulty, incorrectly described or different from the sample shown we will provide an exchange or refund provided the item is returned at the time of delivery by our representative.

Can’t find your receipt? A bank statement will be fine. If you don’t have that, get in touch and we’ll do our best to track it down.

Exchanges

Exchanges for the same item in a different size will not incur any additional charges. If the new item is a different product (including a different color) and there is a price difference you may need to pay the difference or receive a partial refund.

Conditions for Returns

The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed and without any flaws. Fashion products can be tried on to see if they fit and will still be considered unworn. If a product is returned to us in an inadequate condition, we reserve the right to send it back to you.

The product must include the original tags, user manual, warranty cards, freebies and accessories.

The product must be returned in the original and undamaged manufacturer packaging / box.

Please note that some products are not eligible for a return if the product is”No longer needed”

For device related issues after usage or the expiration of the return window, we will refer you to the brand warranty center (if applicable).

On-demand products are non-returnable.

Imported products are non-returnable.

Services are not refundable.

Refunds

If your product is eligible for a refund, Azmao will refund accordingly. The time required to complete a refund depends on products and services ordered. The refund time starts once the product or services are inspected by our representative.

If you request a refund, the purchase price (excluding delivery charges for online orders in some cases) will be refunded to you using the bank transfer payment method so if you paid cash we can offer a bank transfer refund.
