This is a camera-mounted mic that plugs right into your compatible device, so you can get great audio in your videos. Plug it into your camera or use the included TRS to TRRS cable for compatible smartphones.
The supercardioid polar pattern goes beyond regular cardioid to extend a tight focus on whatever’s in front of the capsule, minimizing everything else in the process. The mic comes with a high-quality shockmount from Rycote, which prevents the mic from picking up extraneous vibration noise as well as a foam windscreen.
