When attached to your existing hardwired doorbell, this dual-band Wi-Fi device captures 1600 x 1200 resolution video at up to 30 fps. It features night vision functionality and a 160° diagonal field of view. Additionally, the 4:3 aspect ratio enables you to see people at your front door from head to toe. Two-way audio communication allows you to interact with visitors, while noise and echo cancellation ensure that communication is clear. H.264 video compression manages file sizes while maintaining quality. This video doorbell is IPX4-rated for water resistance.

Note: A wired doorbell, chime, and a 10 VA transformer are required to use this device. Professional installation is recommended.

The satin nickel Nest x Yale Lock with Nest Connect offers a secure alternative to the standard deadbolt lock. With this tamper-proof keyless deadbolt, you won’t have to worry about lost keys or picked locks. Thanks to unique passcodes, you’ll be able to assign entry access to family, friends, and guests. Additionally, you can set schedules to let them in. One-touch locking allows you to tap the device to lock it on your way out, and auto-lock automatically locks it when Nest knows you’re away. The included Nest Connect range extender enables you to use the Nest app for remote access to lock and unlock your door.

The device is compatible with the Nest Secure alarm system to automatically disarm and unlock your door. It comes with 4 AA batteries.

Keep your home safe with the Secure Alarm System Starter Kit from Nest. This system features the Nest Secure Guard, which serves as the security base station. It is equipped with an 85 dB SPL siren to deter intruders. The Guard’s built-in keypad is ideal for those who prefer to arm and disarm their system with a passcode. In addition, you could also arm and disarm your system with one of the included Nest Secure Tag devices, or via the free Nest app available for iOS and Android devices. The system supports up to 10 Tag devices, making it possible to give them to children, family members, and other loved ones.

Also included in the system are two Nest Secure Detect devices that are designed to be placed on a wall, window, or door. This device can detect motion up to 15′ away, and when a door or window opens and closes. When placed on a door it will detect both motion and when it opens or closes. Quiet Open technology enables you to open a door while your home alarm is set without triggering it. In addition, the Pathlight feature will briefly illuminate the area when you walk past the Detect, and will turn off once you’ve walked away from it.

This system is capable of Wi-Fi connectivity on both 2.4 and 5 GHz bands. Additionally, it is also Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) compatible.
